Thermal Dissipation Coating for Internal Combustion Engines

ZyBar is a spray applied, single stage coating. Apply ZyBar to headers, turbo housings, down pipe, exhaust, piston heads, valve covers, intercoolers and more. No catalyst or mixing is required.

Rated to over 2100 degrees F (1150C) ambient and 1600 degrees F (871C) substrate surface temperature.

Ease Of Application

ZyBar bonds to itself – if you miss a spot or have dry spray – simply apply a light tack coat over that area.

Four Ounce Bottle:

Treats a set of shorty headers, turbo housing, valve covers or eight piston heads.

Eight Ounce Bottle:

Treats a set of long tube headers.

Sixteen Ounce Bottle:

Treats a full single tube exhaust.

Thirty-Two Ounce Bottle:

Treats a full twin tube exhaust, headers, and turbo.
