ZyCoat Coating Services offers a convenient, streamlined solution for high-temperature coating needs. Simply fill out our online order form and ship your components directly to us using your own box and packaging materials.
What's to Expect:
- Incoming inspection and parts verification
- Outgassing parts
- Media blasting and surface preparation
- Inside and outside application of desired coating
- Oven cure and post-cure quality inspection
Important Notes:
- Customers must supply their own box and packaging to ship parts to ZyCoat.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect and verify your components. If there are any additional parts not listed in your order, they will be added to your invoice.
- Parts will be coated inside and out unless you provide written instruction or clearly mask off surfaces that should not be coated using masking tape.
- Our typical turnaround time is within 15 business days from date of receipt.
Shipping & Insurance:
- Shipping costs (to and from ZyCoat) are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your final invoice.
- If the original box was damaged, ZyCoat will provide a new one for return shipping.
- If you request additional insurance to your return shipment, provide your desired coverage amount. Added cost of transit insurance will be included in shipping on your final invoice.
- Proper packaging to prevent damage in transit is the customer’s responsibility. ZyCoat is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Condition & Additional Charges:
- Parts with rust, previous coatings, or custom fabrication may require extra preparation and may incur additional charges.
- No additional work will begin without your prior approval.
- Components such turbos must be disassembled prior to shipping. We WILL NOT disassemble components.
